I think I saw Sandra Lee make this cupcake on Semi Homemade a few years back and she called it the Boston Cream Pie Cupcake by adding a little vanilla pudding into the center of the cupcakes. Pretty to look at and yummier to eat!
All desserts just seem better with a little filling!
