It tastes as good as it looks! I had never even had red velvet cake decided to try it anyway. Truth be told I just wanted another excuse to make cream cheese icing. I used this Paula Deen recipe but cut the oil by 1/4 cup and doubled the cocoa power and vanilla. It made a very rich and moist cake with delicious cocoa undertones but definitely not a chocolate cake. Total winner in my book!
I am pretty sure this is the face before Wii injuries occur. Who knew that Toy Story Mania could induce such a competitive face?
